Contributions to the Richard Dietz Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, business entities, labor unions, professional associations, insurance companies, or anonymous contributions are prohibited. An individual may contribute $5,600 per election.

All contributions over $50 must be reported with the full name of the contributor, the address, occupation, and employer.
